Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh, organic, and wellness products, returns are generally not accepted once an order has been prepared, packed, shipped, or delivered. This policy helps us maintain strict hygiene, freshness, and food safety standards.

  • You receive the wrong product
  • The product received is damaged during delivery

  • Packaging is tampered with before delivery
